Have four six-week-old leghorn chicks that are showing signs of coccidiosis (lethargy and bloody looking diarrhea). Just found out the feed store no longer sells Corrid so I stopped at the vet and he gave me a pack of SMZ-Med 454 (Sodium Sulfamethazine).

Update I mixed 2 oz into a pint of water to make the solution, then mixed .75 teaspoon of that into a pint for them to drink (also mixed in raw egg and some sugar so they drink it). Hope I didn't overdose them.

Is there a chart for dosing small flocks somewhere?

In this link it says to use 2 tablespoonsful (1 ounce) of powder to each gallon of water.

Right above that it says make a 12% stock solution by adding the whole packet to a gallon of water, then take 2 tablespoons of that solution and add to a gal of drinking water.

Never dealt with coccidiosis before. Fingers crossed they will recover (only one looks puffed up and lethargic).

Wish I could have gotten a pack of Corid powder but I was grateful to get anything (this is a small town).
