What type of pekin bantam is my roo

This is Elvis my new roo
I am new to pekin bantams and was wondering what colouring he is.

He's of mixed coloring. I'd say he's white with some barred black feathers mixed in. The long, high carried tail makes me think he could be a mix with a Japanese bantam, but who knows? He's pretty.
