I’d like to go back to sleep. But better get out and do chores I guess, I left the horses out over night. I see Truly waiting by the barn door.

And the chooks are still sleeping - lucky birds!

True, and a very good point. My logic is flawed there then. I am treating all of them as if it is a deficiency. I guess I may never know why for sure.

I will continue on that course of treatment then and keep an eye out for any signs of illness in her or the flock.

The all black could be as a sex-link pullet. The rest....not possible due to lack of barring/color options.the black with bits of gold on the chest....could be....but awfully early to pop leakage.
The white has very faint Colombian markings which appear to be barred. Delaware mix (with another silver based bird, but comb isn't right for Delaware, so suspect other bird is NOT straight combed. Pretty sure there's Colombian marked birds in flock: light sussex, Colombian wyandotte, light brahma..

@jaricas19 some more to think about. You are going to have some pretty cool chickens.
